Description

Fees are set by the Department. Current rates and further details may be found on the Texas Parks and Wildlife website. Types of registrations, certificates and license include:

Certificate of number for Class A, 1, 2, and 3 vessels.
Vessel livery.
Marine dealer, distributor, and manufacturer licenses.
Ownership transfer, location transfer, inspection, renewal and duplicate fees.
Party boat operator license fees.
Hull identification number.

Due Date

Before selling, manufacturing or operating a vessel.

Deposit Funds

0009 – Game, Fish, and Water Safety except 10% of the amount of the fee for each certificate retained by the County Tax Assessor-Collector as a collection fee.
