Description


The Attorney General's Office is required by federal law (42 U.S.C. Sections 654a(e) and 654b) to operate the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) for child support collection services. The SDU is responsible for collection and disbursing child support payments for Non-Title IV-D cases.
