Created September 1, 1999 by S.B. 1260, 76th Leg., R.S. under TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. §§ 142.0145, 242.0663, 247.0455, 248.0545. The commissioner shall assess administrative penalties against a home or community support services agency, hospital, institution, personal care facility or special care facility that violates a medical advance directive.
