Created September 1, 1999 by S.B. 1468, 76th Leg., R.S. under TEX. INS. CODE. ANN., art. 29.13. Each person who acts as the representative of negotiating parties under this chapter shall pay a fee to act as a representative. The attorney general, by rule, shall set fees in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the costs incurred. This chapter expires September 1, 2003. Collected by the Texas Department of Health, Agency 501. Inactivated September 1, 2004 for non-use.
