Created September 1, 2001 under TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 403.011. The Health and Human Services Commission will contract with the Department of State Health Services to continue processing Medicaid program payments until the commission has made the changes necessary to handle administration of the program. Set up September 1, 2001 to handle temp IAC payments between HHSC and DSH for Medicaid while transferring. Inactivated in 2008 after transfer complete.
