Description
Reimbursements to law enforcement agencies for expenses of confiscation, analysis, storage, or disposal of raw materials, controlled substances, chemical precursors, drug paraphernalia, or other materials.
If a court grants probation to a person convicted of an offense under Chapter 481, Health & Safety Code, the court may order the person to reimburse a law enforcement agency. Law enforcement agency may petition a court to require as a condition of probation under Article 42A, Code of Criminal Procedure, to reimburse the agency.
