Description
- A fee is charged for each application for a disposal well permit in the amount provided by § 5.235, Water Code. Includes permit under §11.1405. (§ 27.014)
- Permits for an injection well for recovery of tar sands administered by the Railroad Commission. A class V well permit is issued for brine mining. (§§ 27.035, 27.063)
- A non-refundable $100 fee charged for each application for an oil and gas waste disposal well permit. (§ 27.0321)
- Commission may impose a fee for submission of a notice of intent to be covered by a general permit authorizing use of a class I injection well to inject nonhazardous brine. Fee same as (1). (§ 27.023)
