The owner or operator of a facility subject to the requirements of this Act shall complete a toxic release form for each toxic chemical manufactured, processed or otherwise used in quantities exceeding the toxic chemical threshold quantity during the preceding calendar year at such facility. The fees are $25 for each toxic chemical release form submitted, not to exceed a $250 maximum for a facility.
The Commission may, by rule, alter the toxic chemical release form reporting fee by either increasing or decreasing the fee as necessary.
On or before 7-1-89 and annually thereafter on July 1.
