To receive any interest in all home mortgage loans made to veterans including insurance and proceeds of sale; the money attributable to any bonds issued and sold by the board, including payments under a bond enhancement agreements; rents and other pecuniary benefits received as a result of making the loans; sums received by way of indemnity or forfeiture; interest from investments; any equitable interest in properties encumbered under the program. Funds may be used only for administration of the Veteran's Housing Assistance Fund II program.
