To receive salary reduction payments for benefits included in a cafeteria plan, other than Employees Uniform Group Insurance Program coverage and appropriations by the state for the administration of the cafeteria plan. This fund is available without fiscal year limitations to pay for all payments for any benefits included in the plan and to pay for all administrative expenses of the cafeteria plan. Fund also receives monthly charges made to participants by means of payroll deduction agreements. The fund may be invested and reinvested and any interest on earnings of and proceeds from the sale of investments become a part of the fund.
