Description


To record initial license and renewal fees for hospitals. Fees are set by the executive commissioner by rule based on the number of beds in the hospital. Application, licensing and renewal fees from limited services rural hospital deposited to GR 0001.

Applicants for hospital at home program must pay a fee set by the commission in an amount necessary to cover program administration costs.

The department may assess administrative and civil penalties on hospitals in violation of the chapter (collected under Revenue Objects 3770 and 3717).

Initial fee due at time of application; renewal every two years from date of issuance.
