Created in 1977 by the 65th Leg. (Mobile Homes);

January 1, 1980 by S.B. 636, 66th Leg. (Modular Homes);

1985 by H.B. 1218, 69th Leg., R.S. (Industrialized) under TEX. OCC. CODE ANN. § 1201.055.

Charges made by TDHCA and TDL&R to manufacturer or dealer of mobile homes, modular homes or industrialized housing to reimburse the State for travel costs incurred in inspections and services provided. Based on number of miles traveled by state personnel to perform inspection or service; plus meals/lodging per day at rates set by General Appropriation Act.

Inactivated in 2008 due to non-utilization.
