Description
Receipts from disposals when commission enters into a contract to plug a delinquent, inactive well. Well-site equipment and hydrocarbons from the well are presumed abandoned. Includes equipment and stored hydrocarbons subject to liens under Natural Resources Code Ch. 91.
Recovery of expenses from scrap value and/or owner for removal and disposal of an abandoned off-shore oil platform.
