Created 1977 under TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. sec. 103.013. Each violation of the Citrus and Vegetable Act is a class B misdemeanor. This revenue code used to record the 50% sent to the Comptroller from the county clerk for deposit to 0974 - Produce Recovery Trust Fund. Remitted to the Comptroller on the first day of each calendar quarter. Inactivated in August 2014 as revenue code has never been used.
