TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 502.019 added 1987 by H.B. 2140, 70th Leg., R.S. Annual fees not to exceed $50 for each required submission. Submissions included filing of workplace chemical lists and other community right-to-know purposes. This fee requirement was deleted by H.B. 1431, 73rd Leg., R.S. Two tier form facility chemical listings are required separately. See Revenue Code 3577. Deleted effective September 1, 1993.
