Description


To record the transfer of Master Lease Purchase Program (MLPP) payments made from local funds outside the Treasury. The transfer must be recorded as a deposit in USAS as the funds are coming into the Treasury. This entry must be reversed at year end and recorded as a transfer using generic t-codes for proper statement on the Annual Financial Report. The funds are split and deposited per the fund and account below.
